A homemade granola with fragrant vanilla and toasted almonds. An easy breakfast full of large clusters sweetened with maple syrup and with protein from both ground and sliced almonds. Big clusters and lots of almonds in every bite instead of store bought granolas which are more oat than almond. The addition of almond flour helps build nice big clusters with lots of almond flavour. A sweet but healthy breakfast treat to serve with fresh fruit, yogurt, or sprinkle on chia pudding.
