Pillowy brioche roll dough scented with vanilla and nutmeg and made extra tender with eggs and butter. This simple dough is easy to approach even for those who are novices to yeasted baked goods. An alternative from the classic, strawberry cinnamon rolls can be prepped the night before and baked in the morning.
