Whole roasted cauliflower with a lightly spicy marinade and crusted with sesame seeds and served with a creamy tahini sauce. A fun way to season and serve cauliflower by drizzling the whole thing in a flavourful marinade with soy, sesame, and spicy sriracha and coating in a layer of sesame seeds that toast in the oven. A long roast while whole ensures the edges get nicely crisped and the inside is cooked but still firm. No overcooked cauliflower here. Drizzle it with a creamy by tangy tahini sauce for a full contrast of flavours and textures. An easy but impressive vegan side dish that is excellent with rice or quinoa next to any main dish.
