Rich and flavourful vegan cornbread with caramelized onions and jalapeno. Moist cornbread with a hint of sweetness, and a subtly cheesy flavour from nutritional yeast. The caramelized onions, olive oil, and bits of spicy jalapeno bring extra flavour to a classic cornbread that’s an excellent side to all kinds of meal. Easy to make in less than 1 hour.
