Classic Italian mixed pickled vegetables that are great for grazing boards or to be put on sandwiches. Turn an assortment of leftover vegetables into a spiced pickled blend for long lasting storage. Giardiniera is part of a classic muffuletta sandwich or can be served on a charcuterie board. An easy recipe foe preserved vegetables that keep their crunch.
Recipe written for refrigerator pickles but will work for water bath canning (instructions for water bath canning not included).
