Corn relish with lots of sweet and savoury flavours for a fun variation on the classic. A tangy and chunky preserve using a mix of fresh vegetables. Easy to make with a lot of flavour. A refrigerator recipe that can also be canned for long-term storage in a water bath. Excellent for serving on sandwiches, hot dogs, or as part of a cheese board.
