Classic chewy almond amaretti with crunchy edges and a hint of orange. The simple, naturally gluten free Italian cookie that is perfect with a cup of coffee or tea. This meringue based cookie gets its flavour from the almond flour and citrus zest – just 6 ingredients for a rustic classic that is easier than it sounds.
