Soft and rich cinnamon rolls loaded with the flavours of carrot cake and covered in soft cream cheese icing. Pillowy brioche roll dough with spices and fresh grated carrot mixed in, then rolled with even more carrot, raisins and gooey cinnamon swirl. An excellent addition to a fun brunch or a great way to use up extra carrot. A sweet treat with a little extra vegetable added in.
