A naturally vegan focaccia baked with brown sugar apples and coated in a vanilla glaze. Easy and flavourful bread with a soft and airy texture. Sweet and cinnamon fragrant cooked apple filling is poked into pockets in the dough and cooked into a sticky (but not too sweet) treat with all the flavour of apple fritters but the ease and structural integrity of focaccia. The only vegan replacement is a small amount of oat milk in the glaze that could be replaced with regular milk for non-vegan audiences.
