Vegan caramel sauce with flaky sea salt. Dry method caramel made from scratch without corn syrup. Easy to make method without a candy thermometer. A gooey, flowing caramel sauce that is perfect for drizzling on ice cream, pancakes, or using in other desserts and stores well in the fridge. The coconut fats are balanced in flavour with plenty of vanilla, salt, and a touch of cinnamon.
This recipe has 6 sets. Some images include baking samples in background or to the side. Sets 1, 2, 6 have caramel apple crumble bars. Sets 3, 4, 5 have salted caramel apple cookies.
