Thick and chewy focaccia bread topped with marinara and mozzarella for a simple and adaptable thick-crust pizza. Fluffy focaccia baked in a cast iron creates a heartier pizza base for those that love crust and hate shaping dough. Results in thick slices of pizza reminiscent of the “pizza bagels” available in west coast bagel shops and grocery stores.
