A pasta salad with fresh spring vegetables and shredded chicken in a creamy pesto sauce. This simple but flavourful pasta salad uses your favourite pesto plus a creamy base to coat pre-cooked shredded chicken, blanched asparagus, peas, and fresh arugula. A great side dish or light main dish served cold for hot days. Minimal cooking (just enough for the pasta) needed to pull together a satisfying salad in under 30 minutes.
