A simple vegan cake with almond flour and sugared Meyer lemons baked into the base which is inverted to show the beautiful slices. Soft, nutty cake that’s not super sweet. The combination of almond flour and all-purpose flour create a perfect, moist structure without eggs or replacers. Impress guests with an incredibly nuanced cake that is very simple to pull together.
