A sturdy but tender banana cake that holds moisture and stacks well, just sweet enough to hold up well with a light layer of frosting and caramelized bananas. Decorate as much or as little as you want. Frosted with a rich chocolatey frosting made with coco powder and coconut oil. No need for vegan butter or melted chocolate to get a glossy, sweet frosting. Perfect for use on cakes or cupcakes.
