A bright and spicy condiment with lots of cilantro and jalapeno. Pair lots of cilantro with a mix of any other herbs you have for a garnish that adds a burst of flavour on proteins, sandwiches, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, or soups. Mix into olive oil to have a dipping sauce for bread. A great condiment to have on hand to dress up meals with a hint of spicy herbal flavour. Good for using up extra herbs before they go bad.
Recipe is gluten free but several images include rosemary and olive focaccia as a serving suggestion. Good for interlinking with focaccia and turnip and white bean soup.
