White beans make this soup creamy and hearty while turnips bring and earthy sweetness which all blends together into a rich and flavourful meal that stores well. Easy to make in under an hour and can be frozen for meal prep. Topped with a swirl of zhoug sauce or pesto to add bright acidic herbaceous flavour.
