Roasted sections of kabocha (or other winter squash) coated in a spicy maple glaze and pepitas. An easy, naturally vegan, flavourful side dish that comes together in 30 minutes. Cinnamon and cayenne bring heat and flavour to the sweet glaze that bakes on to the nutty squash and transforms it into something fragrant and delicious. A perfect way to use up all that winter squash.
