Thinly sliced and seasoned tofu crisps on the edges in the oven at the same time as the broccoli roasts to fork tender softness while you make a quick savoury sauce from the marinade. Miso, sesame, and lots of umami flavours come together to season everything into a rich, satisfying meal that’s cheaper and easier than take-out and comes together in 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
