Homemade toasted bread crumbs with lots of flavour as a nutty garnish. A lots of spices and nutritional yeast add a cheesy flavour to the breadcrumbs which makes them a great vegan alternative to parmesan for garnishing pastas and salads. Great for using up stale bread, adding a few dry spices and olive oil to transform it into a condiment that can add texture and flavour to the tops of casseroles, pastas, and other dishes.
Good for cross linking with One Pot Pepper Pasta
