An easy, one bowl, egg-free banana bread. Classic banana bread with lots of banana flavour and chopped walnuts but naturally egg-free for an easy and cheap treat (or way to use up extra bananas using pantry items). The bread has a soft crumb that slices cleanly and stores well. A sprinkle of brown sugar on top of the loaf adds a crunchy, sweet crust. Swap the milk for most plant-based alternatives for a vegan version all from one recipe with the same great results.
