Seared wedges of green cabbage braised with chickpeas in a turmeric and ginger coconut broth. Regular cabbage is transformed into something unique and filling with plenty of protein from chickpeas and a rich coconut based broth. Ready in 40 minutes so it can be a weeknight meal. A great way to use up a full head of cabbage. Pan searing and braising in coconut milk turns this cabbage into a tender, flavourful meal that is excellent over rice.
