This chocolate raspberry chia pudding made with oat milk and maple syrup is a sweeter version of the easy no cook pudding – especially great for dessert but also as an indulgent breakfast or snack with natural fiber and protein. Topped with a maple sweetened raspberry compote that cooks up in less than 5 minutes. Just a few ingredients make a nuanced dessert you barely recognize as vegan.
