A sweet and nutty muffin with lots of banana flavour and plenty of protein and fiber. Naturally gluten free, sticky buckwheat flour is balanced out with almond flour to create a soft, moist muffin crumb. Buckwheat flour adds a nutty, coarse texture that is very distinctive but pairs well with the banana and walnuts.
Recipe includes US and metric measurements, categories, cook time, and servings. Recipe document also includes notes on substitutions, flavour adjustments, and taste/texture notes.
