All the flavours of an apple crumble in a loaf cake form. A fragrant, tender crumb loaf that isn’t too sweet with a hint of vanilla and cinnamon that has syrupy apples layered through it. All topped off with a generous helping of crunchy streusel. The batter is only lightly sweetened, making it a perfect complement to the sweeter apples and streusel and great for breakfast or snacks. Excellent with a cup of coffee or tea.
