A ridiculously easy, warm appetizer that can also double as a pasta sauce (or over polenta) requires almost no prep and is full of flavour. Beans, garlic, and tomatoes slow roast into jammy perfection, turning the oil and juice from the tomatoes into a perfect drizzle of flavour. The resulting soft beans and tomatoes can be squished onto bread with fork or eaten straight from the pan with a spoon.
The primary recipe is gluten free but most images contain bread as serving example.
Recipe includes US and metric measurements, categories, cook time, and servings. Recipe document also includes notes on substitutions, flavour adjustments, and taste/texture notes.
